We love to hear from people who had had positive experiences of Forum. This may be about the accommodation or the great service and support we provide, or it could be about a staff member who has gone above and beyond to support our residents or our local community in some way.
We also want to know when we could have done something better, and welcome feedback to help us improve and grow.
Our Complaints Policy is in line with the Housing Ombudsman Guidance. We aim to respond to complaints or appeals within 10 days, where possible we will try and reply sooner, but if there is to be any delay, we will advise you of this and tell you why
