Phil Edgington

Phil is an experienced Board Director both at Executive and Non-Executive levels. He prefers not to admit how long this career has been but his enthusiasm for helping organisations to run effectively whilst maintaining their passion for people is undiminished!

Originally qualified as an Electrical Engineer, Phil quickly developed his interest in financial, commercial, and strategic development but came to see that the heart of any organisation is the values of its people and their commitment to serving their clients or customers. It is those qualities that, he says, attracted him to serve on Forum’s Board.

In his spare time Phil enjoys walking and cycling in the hills (and on the plains!).
